We offer refunds on damaged items only. You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your item if it is damaged and in some cases we may ask for a picture of the damaged item. Please include your order number, complete delivery address and a phone number to contact you. Refunds will be issued based on the form of your original payment within 7-10 business days
No refunds will be issued for sizing, color selection or any other reason unless the item is damaged. We want you to be happy with your purchase so please reach out to us by email - we will do our very best to make your purchase a happy one!
For bulk/ large custom orders: We will send you a proof before items are made. Once you approve the proof, no refunds or exchanges will be made.
If for any reason you need to return an item to us, it must be in the original packaging with any accessories/items included.
