We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  Please review our return and refund policy below.

Refund and Return Policy for Shipped Items:
We thoroughly inspect every item before it leaves our facility to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.  Refunds are only available if your order is damaged in transit.  You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your item.  Please include your full delivery address, phone number, and photos of the damaged item including the packaging it arrived in.  Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original for of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund and Return Policy for Bulk or Custom Orders:
A digital proof will be provided prior to production.  Once a proof is approved, the order moves into production and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.  Please review all proofs carefully before approval to ensure accuracy.

General Return Requirements:
Any item approved for return or refund must be sent back in its original packaging, with all accessories or included items.  Unauthorized returns or items returned in used or damaged condition (unless damaged in transit) will not be eligible for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.  Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at buffalocreativeimpressions@gmail.com

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are damaged via shipping transit.

Shipping Returns:
Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non – refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on your shipping address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  As we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item via shipping, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
